Common questions

Here are some of the most common questions that we get.

Is my condo building fob compatible? Most "contact" or "tap" fobs are compatible. If your building uses "point and click" remote control fobs, we are unable to duplicate that. However if your fob contains both technologies, we can likely still make a copy of the "tap" fob.

Do you offer any guarantees? Yes, we've got you. If your fob stops working, we will redo it at no charge. If your fob is not compatible, then there is no charge.

Where do the Phone Fob chips go? You will receive an ultra thin fob chip that attaches to the inside of your phone case. It is not visible, and fits 99% of cases. It can be easily transferred when purchasing a new case.

What types of key fobs do you offer? We offer three types of key fobs: cell phone integrated, wallet sized card, and keychain coin.

How do I place an order? To place an order, simply click on the 'Order' button for the type of fob you'd like in the pricing section above. Fill out the pop-up form with your name, phone number, email, fob quantity, and address (optional).

Can I customize the key fobs? Currently, we do not offer customization options for the key fobs. However, we are working on expanding our product offerings.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Interac eTransfer, PayPal, and Cash.

How long does it take to pick-up my new fob? Typically you will be in and out in under 5 minutes.
